clothing swap!

A bunch of women + a bunch of clothes = tons of fun!

It was clothing swap night and we talked about being stewards of the things we have. We brought clothes we no longer wear and had a free clothing exchange. We read a brief article about how clothes are made and that as women we only wear about 1/2 of the things we own. The clothes that are left over will be taken to homeless in our community as well as in New York City.

This is a glimpse of the Kingdom...sharing what we have with one another and in one small way realizing the impact we have on the world. Pray for these women as some know Christ and some don't. May we show Christ's love as we work and play together! :)

Gobble Wobble 5k!

God's blessings come in many shapes and sizes! Here is one family, the Commisso's who have been a huge blessing to me! This picture was taken after we all ran/walked the Gobble Wobble 5k on Thanksgiving morning!

This family has welcomed me and numerous students into their home. They are loving people for the Kingdom of Christ. I am so thankful for them and the way God has brought them into my life.
