Running Buddies!

God has blessed me with a wonderful friend and fellow CCO staffer here at Westminster. Meet my running buddy Rachel Lantz! Rach and I have been running together and sharing so many stories! Our time together has been so refreshing as we share our excitement and hopes of what God is doing and what he will continue to do in the lives of students on this campus. We have even had a few running adventures... One involved a dog who tried to follow us home! I wanted to keep him, but we ran to the farm where he lives and let his owners know that he wanted to come running with us! Continue to pray for Rach and I as we seek to transform college students to transform the world! All for His glory and His Kingdom!

Bellefied Retreat!

Climbing fun! I got to work with fellow CCO, OLT (outdoor leadership team) folks and help Bellefield church (Pittsburgh) facilitate a weekend retreat for students from the University of Pittsburgh. Students had the opportunity to choose one of the following activities: caving, climbing, canoeing or hiking. About 70 students came out to play in God's awesome creation and I met about 20 of them as we played on some great rocks!

Amigas!!!

This is my dear friend Kathy! We met while I was playing basketball at Geneva College. Kathy was working out with one of my teammates (offering her strength and conditioning expertise) and asked me to join them. I tried to resist this women with the exercise ball, but God knew that the two of us would grow in our relationship with him though this gift of friendship. (If you ever meet my friend ask her to share the story of how we first met...she's a great storyteller!) We've gone through many things in our lives over the years yet the one thing that stays the same is God's love and faithfulness toward us! I am thankful to Him for this women of God and how she has blessed my life!

JAC!!

Jac is another one of my adopted siblings! She is an amazing 15 yr old who gives great hugs! This is a picture we took of ourselves while we were watching Mitchell's football game!

Football!!

Football time! I went to watch my lil bro Mitchell (he's not my 'real' bro and he's not so lil anymore:) play football. He was the center in this game and did a great job! The sky and sunshine made it a great day to watch a game!

Jen's Wedding!

September 2, 2006!
I had the priveledge of being a part of my friend Jen's wedding! (I call her Kimmer's even though her new last name is Skelton!) For those of you who think I never wear a dress here's the proof! Jen and I went to Geneva College together where she played softball and I hung around in trees! Thanks Jen and Curtis for letting me be a part of your special day!

A day on the River!

The great river adventure of September 24! Twenty-two of us (and one dog!) enjoyed a beautiful sunny day on the slippery rock! We spent a few hours on the river and then grabbed dinner at a Chinese buffet!
